General Overview

Location, Location, Location. Our area is probably the best place to live in the bustling Valencia. The Turia gardens, the largest in Europe, are 200 m away. Same, the futuristic City of Arts and Sciences by Calatrava, which includes the Aquarium, the 3D Cinema, the Polytechnic museum, the Opera house. The ancient centre of Valencia with its Grail Cup is 40 min walk or 10 mni by taxi. The apartment is a duplex with three bedrooms (master double and two singles) and two bathrooms upstairs and a spacious lounge and kitchen with a small balcony downstairs. The building has an indoor swimming pool with a small gym. Lots of restaurants and cafes are downstairs in the courtyard, whilst the large El Saler shopping centre is 5 min. walk.
