General Overview

This apartment is super well located in central Vienna, with a little terrace. Very bright, cosy&quiet, well equipped for short or longer stays and working from home. All transportation is available within walking distance. A/C for summer, heating for winter. Well equipped kitchen with espresso machine.

The Space

I am working from home, so I have movable/standing desk and big screen+camera, which all can be useful in case you are planning to do the same. It's a single household so at this moment this is the equipment I have and in case it would be two of you,there are plenty of coffee shops and co-working places to go for a day. And I am sure you will get a very good sleep as I just got a high quality mattress recently. If there is something missing you would like to know,just please don't hesitate to ask. My only ask is,please treat my home with all the necessary care and love you provide to your own home:-)

There is no elevator in our part of the house,you need to climb 4 floors, but it's a good exchange for a leg day in the gym ;-)

*****No parties allowed and smoking strictly prohibited inside and outside including the terrace.***** Few additional notes *Vienna can get hot in summer, I have well functioning A/C both in bedroom and living room *You are free to use my bicycle, which is parked downstairs. *There is no elevator in our part of the house,you need to climb 4 floors, but it's a good exchange for a leg day in the gym ;-) which reminds me, there is a gym nearby where you can get a 7 day free trial :-) *I have a few plants which will need watering in exchange for you using my home in full *I am enjoying baking bread, in case you want me to make you one before you arrive just let me know! *In case you would use up something from the fridge or pantry completely please replace it *Don't leave any mouldy or rotten food in the fridge (as it then needs to be cleaned completely) *Shoes off please ;-) *NO SHORT STAYS below 3 nights, neighbors are not flexible *NO MOVEMENT of your wheel luggages on my floor,please be super careful,it's wooden high-quality floor prone to scratches *I don't provide toiletries *I will request a video call for your stay *Videos for heating,plants and coffee machine will be provided for your convenience :-)
