My wife and I have two daughters and two grandsons who all live near Berkeley California. We live in Bethesda Maryland. We are hoping to spend more extended time near our children, one to three months at a time, and are seeking house exchanges with someone from the Berkeley area who would like to be able to live near Washington DC. We don't have any experience with exchanges. At some point we may be interested in travel exchanges in other parts of the US or other countries but for right now we are primarily interested in swapping to be able to stay near Berkeley.
