General Overview
Currently available for a non-sim or a Pluto 19th-22nd August 2026 - would like someone who loves cats!
Cosy and comfortable three‑bedroom home, perfect for families and couples, offering great transport links into Dublin City Centre.
The Space
It features two spacious double bedrooms with double beds, plus a third smaller room with a pull‑out futon ideal for kids or teenagers. We also have a further chair bed suitable for a child up to about age 10 so can sleep up to 6 if 2 are children.
After a day of sightseeing in the city or exploring the beautiful Wicklow Mountains, it’s the perfect place to unwind.
The private, sunny back garden is a lovely spot to enjoy a glass of wine in the evenings, and the large green area just behind the house is a fantastic space where children can play safely.
Guest Access
2 floors, few steps up to front door.
Notes
My cat, Mimi needs to be fed and have the bag in her litter tray changed every 3 days. It is a self-cleaning litter tray and this involves emptying the bag and giving the inside of the tray a quick wipe down. She is very independent (can be left all day no problem) and gentle with kids. Mimi doesn't go upstairs/in the bedrooms.
I'm not very active online so my daughter, Nicki manages this account for me and you will usually be dealing with her. You can see her home and reviews for the exchanges we've completed together under home 47098.

It truly offers the best of both worlds — set between the sea and the stunning Wicklow Mountains, with endless walking and outdoor activities on your doorstep, yet only a 40‑minute drive from Dublin City Centre.
Getting to my home
10 minutes walk to the bus stop, with buses running every 10 minutes and reaching Dublin in about an hour, or Bray town centre in a few minutes, as well as Bray train station, where regular trains take around 40 minutes to the city. It’s an ideal base for enjoying both Ireland’s natural beauty and its vibrant capital.

I'm a retired nurse who mainly travels with my daughter and her family (also on PLU). I'm not very active online so my daughter, Nicki manages this account for me and you will usually be dealing with her. We usually travel as 5 people (3 adults - myself, my daughter Nicki, her husband Simon and my two grandkids, Sam (2016) and Cara (2019). Sometimes if space allows we travel with my other daughter and her two sons and so are 8 in total (4 adults, 4 children).
I've completed many exchanges with my daughter Nicki and we're very respectful and clean and love this way of travelling. You can see my daughter Nicki's account and her reviews for the exchanges we've completed together under Home No 47098, we've also completed many exchanges on another site.
