A direct train goes to Paris-Montparnasse (passing by Versailles). However, we recommend having a car to visit the area.
Many facilities available at walking/biking distance.
---------------------------------------------
Even if the train passes through Villepreux (direct Montparnasse), and the shops are accessible on foot or by bike, a car is nevertheless essential to visit the surroundings (we are between town and country).
