A large, sunny apartment, 2 steps (literally 15) from the Parc de la Torse, one of the largest parks in Aix-en-Provence.
In the evenings, take advantage of the large terrace to have an aperitif or dinner after your walks in the region; unless you prefer to go to the swimming pool (open from 9 am to 8 pm in summer).
This is a large 3 bedroom apartment. Each room has a large French window opening onto a large balcony. 
The kitchen is fully equipped (thermomix, bean coffee maker, etc.) and also has a beautiful French window. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub.
We have 1 large double bed, 1 convertible sofa bed for 2 people, 2 children's beds, 1 extra mattress (inflatable) for adults and 1 extra mattress for children
We have many children's games, adult board games and have baby equipment.
There is also a ping pong table in the residence as well as 2 children's playgrounds, with swings.

There is a swimming pool in the residence next door, where we can offer you a map. There is also a swimming pool in our residence but the access policy is changing so I cannot commit to the fact that you will have access to it.

It is possible to park in the residence

We have a cat Picpus, very sweet and cuddly.
