General Overview

Our apartment is located on the first line by the sea in the historic town of Scalea, where you can enjoy a beautiful view of the Tyrrhenian Sea and the unique atmosphere of charming old streets. Thanks to its location, it is an ideal place both for a relaxing holiday and for exploring the beauty of Calabria. Getting here is very convenient. You can fly to the airports in Naples, Lamezia Terme, or Rome. From all of these cities, there are regular and comfortable train connections directly to Scalea, from where it is only a short distance to the apartment. Montemare is located just 100 meters from a public beach. There are several supermarkets nearby, and directly in the building you will find a hair salon and a car rental service. Parking in a secured area is free of charge. Our apartment is newly furnished and is located on the second floor.

The Space

Our apartment is suitable for 3, maximum 4 people. There is a bedroom with a double bed and balcony and a small room with a single bed. There is also a fully equipped kitchen with a living room where there is a sofa bed from where you have access to the terrace. The air conditioning is located in the living area, in the bedroom there is a ceiling fan. The apartment has a living area of 48 m², a spacious terrace of 28 m² and a large balcony with a view of the mountains.

The cleaning fee is €60. If additional guests arrive after your stay, we kindly ask you to use a professional cleaning service. We are unable to verify whether the apartment has been properly cleaned.
