Tucked just outside of town, our home offers a quiet, lived-in charm with room to breathe. The house features three bedrooms, a comfortable living room, full kitchen, dedicated office space, and a laundry room—set up for both everyday living and longer stays. Step outside and you’ll find a large fenced yard with a cut flower garden that shifts with the seasons. Mornings often come with the sound of cows and donkeys nearby, and evenings settle into that slower East Texas rhythm—lightning bugs drifting through the yard and barn cats making their rounds. Out here, the night sky really shows up. With less light around, the stars are clear and wide overhead—one of those simple things that ends up being a highlight. The surrounding area is full of winding country roads lined with wildflowers. We have securely enclosed space and flexibility for animals—including horses—if needed. It’s an older home with character—simple and peaceful. A good fit for anyone looking to slow down a bit and enjoy a more grounded pace of life.
