General Overview

My home is a fully furnished one-bedroom apartment with "one double bed" and "one sofa bed", suitable for solo travellers, couples, or a small family. It includes all essentials, including broadband internet, air conditioning, kitchen facilities, and a calm, comfortable living environment with beautiful open views. Located in Discovery Bay, the apartment reflects the slower and more peaceful side of Hong Kong that I personally fell in love with over the years. Surrounded by nature, beaches, and hiking trails, it offers a quiet escape from the intensity of city life while still being conveniently connected to Central Hong Kong in around 25 minutes by ferry. As someone who has spent years working in fast-paced international events, I’ve come to deeply appreciate calm spaces, meaningful travel, and community-oriented living — and I hope guests will feel the same sense of rest and balance while staying here. Nearby islands such as Peng Chau and Mui Wo are perfect for day trips, seafood lunches, local cafés, and scenic coastal walks. I will also help arrange a smooth check-in experience for your stay.

The Space

The apartment is bright, cosy, and thoughtfully arranged to create a peaceful atmosphere after a busy day exploring Hong Kong. The bedroom includes a comfortable double bed, while the living room sofa bed can accommodate an additional guest. The space is fully furnished with practical essentials for both short and longer stays. While it’s not a large luxury apartment, it’s a warm and welcoming home filled with calm energy, natural light, and open views — a comfortable base for travellers who value simplicity, comfort, and authentic local living.

Guest Access

Guests will have access to the entire apartment during their stay. The building is accessible by lift. Full arrival details and directions will be provided before check-in.

Unlike the busy urban side of Hong Kong, the neighbourhood offers a calm and family-friendly environment surrounded by nature. Within the area, you’ll find waterfront restaurants, cafés, supermarkets, bakeries, bars, wellness facilities, and easy access to outdoor activities including hiking, kayaking, and island hopping. Nearby destinations such as Mui Wo, Peng Chau, and the hiking routes around Lantau Island make Discovery Bay a wonderful base for exploring a different side of Hong Kong.

Getting to my home

The easiest way to reach the apartment is from Hong Kong International Airport by direct bus or taxi to Discovery Bay. Guests can also arrive via ferry from Central Hong Kong, which takes approximately 25 minutes and offers a scenic journey across the harbour. Detailed transportation instructions and check-in guidance will be shared before arrival.

Getting Around

Discovery Bay is very walkable and easy to navigate. Shops, supermarkets, cafés, restaurants, beaches, and transport links are all within convenient distance. The area is ideal for guests who enjoy both outdoor exploration and convenient access to the city.

Hi, I’m Eunice, an event professional currently based in the UK, with a home in Hong Kong. Offering one bedroom flat for Simultaneous or non-Simultaneous home swap or Pluto for 3-4 nights. My place is available from the 2nd week of June to the first week of August.
