Whether you are looking for a six-month "winter of a lifetime" at RED Mountain Resort or a summer tackling the legendary Seven Summits mountain bike trail, our home serves as the perfect turnkey base camp.

The Creative Hub: As an electronic music producer and IT professional, I’ve optimized the home for deep work. You’ll have access to a dedicated, light-filled studio/office with inspiring mountain views and rock-solid high-speed fiber internet—perfect for developers, creatives, or executives.

Living & Comfort: We feature an open-concept living area, a fully equipped kitchen (including pro-level espresso gear for the coffee purists), and plenty of space for a family.

Gear & Utility: We are an active family with two teenagers. We have ample, organized storage for skis, bikes, and sails. If you’re a "mechanical enthusiast," you’ll appreciate our clean, functional setup.

The Location & Lifestyle
You are living in a "no-traffic-light" town where the community is as world-class as the terrain.

Winter: We are minutes from RED Mountain, famous for its 360-degree skiing and lack of lift lines.

Summer: Rossland is the Mountain Biking Capital of Canada. You can ride from our front door onto hundreds of kilometers of technical BC singletrack.

The Kootenay Connection: We are a short drive from the stunning Kootenay Lake. For the right long-term swap, we are open to discussing the use of our sailing cruiser or our 4WD adventure van for your own regional explorations.

What We Offer

Hi! We’re Oliver and Rachel. I’m a long-time IT professional and electronic music producer (releasing as Oliver Michael), and Rachel is a fellow adventurer. We’ve spent nearly three decades in the beautiful mountains of Rossland, BC, raising our two teenage sons to love the trails and the water as much as we do. We are meticulous homeowners who appreciate good design, a solid sound system, and a perfectly pulled espresso.

Our lives revolve around the "Big Three" of the Kootenays:

The Mountains: We live for "BC-style" technical mountain biking in the summer and world-class "steeps and deeps" at RED Mountain Resort in the winter.

The Water: I’m an avid sailor, currently upgrading to a larger cruiser to spend more time on the stunning Kootenay Lake.

The Road: We love "slow travel" in our custom-built 4WD adventure van.

Whether I’m in my home studio composing melodic house or troubleshooting a server, we value a home that functions as well as it looks.
