Perfect for long weekends, 1-2 week vacation stays, or Snowbirds! You will spend your days at the warm pool and exploring the beautiful area or golfing?

In a Gated Community on the Intercostal. Located  on a Point with gated high end yacht and golf country club homes surrounding and golf courses,  Voco Sandpiper Resort is a beautiful All Inclusive Resort ( VOCO) located on the point next door where you can purchase day passes. to the beautiful resort. 

Our small gated development has 90  Villa homes, a Lovely large heated pool, hot Jacuzzi and a social area, around the pool , a walk way all along the Intercostal waterway with a Gazebo to walk out on the water for social get togethers, reading and to enjoy beautiful sunsets .

We are considered the Jensen Beach/Stuart/ Port St Lucie area! 45 min drive to West Palm Beach.

We are surrounded by water, golf courses, parks, pickle ball, tennis, courts,  to much shopping, so may restaurants.  Just a 10-15 min drive to many beaches. You will love the heated pool, and the Day Pass….. available to purchase at the VOCO Sandpiper All Inclusive Resort located next door. ( view available passes on the App called - Resort Pass ).

We are an active retired professional couple spending 6 months (winters) a year at our Florida, USA home & 6 Months a Year at our home in Prince Edward Island, Canada.
