General Overview

We are a family of 5: 3 kids aged between 3 and 9 years old. We live in a wonderful & modern large flat in Boulogne-Billancourt, known as the 21st district of Paris (5 minutes walk from Metro line 9 - Marcel Sembat).

The Space

4 Bedroom (one double and 3 kids room with single beds + additional mattress if needed) + a closed working area with an additional sofa bed. 2 Bathrooms. Large living room with an open kitchen + a terrace on the roof, very quiet and private.

Neighbourhood

Family friendly neighborhood with many restaurants, food stores - including bakeries, and a shopping area within 5 minutes walk. A park for kids at the end of our street. A public swimming pool and free tennis court at the end of our street. Movie theatre within walking distance as well. 5 minutes walk from metro line 9 (Marcel sembat stop). Direct access (20 min) to the Eiffel Tower and Paris Center. Walking distance from Roland Garros (for tennis fans) and Parc des Princes (if you prefer soccer). Walking distance from Bois de Boulogne, where you can walk or run.
