The Space (Berlin - Tempelhof) Size: 47m², 1.5 rooms. Vibe: Ground floor, high ceilings, lots of light. The Best Part: A massive terrace that leads into a green garden. It’s quiet enough to actually hear yourself think. Location: Gäßnerweg. 5 mins from the U-Bahn/S-Bahn. REWE and Kaufland are right there. Tempelhofer Feld is basically your backyard. Condition: It’s clean, well-kept, and fully furnished. I’m not looking for a "sanctuary"—just someone who isn't going to trash the place. The Swap I’m looking for a 1-bedroom or a decent studio in London (East/North preferred, but flexible for the right spot). See it for yourself I’m in Berlin until August 1st / September 1st.
