Our home is a spacious 4-bedroom, 2-bath house filled with unique style, artistic charm, blending warm redwood elements with expansive glass for a light, indoor-outdoor feel. It’s a one-of-a-kind space that feels both cozy and inspiring—perfect for families or anyone looking for something special and beyond a "standard" suburban home.

At the heart of the home is a large eat-in kitchen—perfect for gathering, cooking, and lingering over meals together. The space flows beautifully into the rest of the home, making it ideal for both everyday family life and entertaining.

The backyard is truly special and designed with kids (and fun-loving adults) in mind. You’ll find a treehouse, zipline, slide, and sandbox—basically a private little adventure park. There’s also a beautiful outdoor dining terrace for long, relaxed meals, plus a hot tub for unwinding under the stars.

Inside, you’ll also enjoy a huge, comfortable master suite and a cozy media lounge that’s perfect for movie nights after a day of exploring. The overall vibe is relaxed, creative, and very livable—ideal for settling in and feeling at home right away.

We’re nestled among redwoods and surrounded by walking trails, giving the home a peaceful, nature-filled setting while still being close to everything.

Davis is a vibrant, walkable college town (home to University of California, Davis) known for its friendly atmosphere, incredible bike culture, and beautiful green spaces. You can easily explore town by bike or on foot, with access to miles of scenic trails, parks, and one of the best farmers markets in California.

Our location is truly central to everything you could possibly want to see in California and along the West Coast of the United States. Without the traffic of the Bay Area, getting around is easy and fun!

You can fly into SMF (recommended and 20 min away by car or 1 hour by bus) or SFO/OAK/SJC and Taxi/Uber/Lyft or take BART to the Train, then Taxi/Uber/Lyft the 1.5 Miles to our house

Honestly, one of the reasons we love our location is a our proximity to the Sacramento International Airport (SMF)- Just 20 minutes away, however there is also with easy access to three additional major airports—Oakland International Airport, San Francisco International Airport, and San Jose International Airport—all within about 1.5–2.5 hours (depending on traffic), giving you incredible flexibility for both domestic and international travel.

SFO: best for international, but traffic-heavy

We’re happy to offer use of our family vehicle—a comfortable 8-seater 2021 Toyota Highlander Hybrid equipped with, AWD plus Apple CarPlay and Android Auto—making it easy to explore everything the region has to offer.

Its easy to get Lyft/Uber from our home to anywhere in northern California. 

The bus system in Davis (UNITRANS) is fantastic and cheap! We are centrally located- one block away from the P/Q, F, J/JX, G lines. 

The Davis train Station is on the Capitol Corridor Amtrak line that connects to BART and SF Ferry lines.

We’re a family of four from California who love adventure, good food, and experiencing everyday life in new places. As a couple, we’ve always enjoyed travel, and now we’re sharing that love with our two boys (ages 4 and 10), who are curious, active, and great travelers.

Our family life is a mix of outdoor fun and creative pursuits—think beach days, bike rides, sports, cooking together, and the occasional movie night. We’re respectful, organized, and take great pride in caring for our home and any home we stay in, as if it were our own.

We’re open to all kinds of travel experiences and love the idea of immersing ourselves in different cultures, whether that’s a city stay, countryside retreat, or coastal escape.

For summer 2026, we’re especially dreaming of a European villa with a garden and a pool—a place where we can slow down, enjoy the outdoors, and soak up local life as a family. That said, we’re always open to wonderful opportunities and unique exchanges anywhere in the world.
