General Overview

Our home is a 2 bedroom home with bonus room which is used as an office/art room. We have a yard and an view on the lake nd mountains. As our home was originally owned by the developer, there are no hindrances to the view and we have our own path to the pool. The house is bright and cool. It is paradise.

Hola! Hello! Bonjour! Mario and I, a retired couple from Canada, own a home in Ajijic, Mexico. We bought here at the tail end of the pandemic as our House pet/sitting days came to a halt. We were members of many house sitting groups; however, the one we used the most was TrustedHouseSitters.com. We did this for 7 years of which 5 were full-time. Now we feel we live in a beautiful area on the largest lake in Mexico called Lake Chapala. We are an hour away from Guadalajara and many wonderful villages and natural sites.
