General Overview

Fully relax into your new home away from home! Our spacious family home is centrally located to beaches/ shopping/ attractions/ dining, in a quiet neighborhood featuring a boat ramp and a gorgeous city park. 15 minutes from either downtown Cape Coral OR downtown Fort Myers nightlife. 15 minutes from Matlacha/ Pine Island for kayaking/ fishing. When you're worn out from how idyllic this area is, unwind watching a movie on our Dolby Atmos system or curl up in a plush bed with new memory foam mattresses.

The Space

We have a massive master bedroom with a queen bed, my daughters room with a full mattress, my sons room with a twin, and two newer couches with nice queen size memory foam pull beds. In addition to this, we have a mother in law suite, accessible only from an exterior entrance that used to be my recording studio (as shown) that is now my office, also with a pull out couch. If you've got a bunch of kids that you want to throw in the pool or somebody coming with you that needs their own space, our house can sleep a lot of people very comfortably. We're on a a corner lot, all of our neighbors are cool, and we are centrally located to all the activities you'd care about in SWFL.

Single floor, no stairs.

Notes

The back room leading to the pool area has a nice record player, a Dolby Atmos surround sound system, a Playstation 4, and a Blu Ray player. We also have a Breville Barista Pro Espresso Machine if you're a coffee nerd.

Neighbourhood

Chill vibes. A mix of young families and retirees. Everyone is super friendly. Our neighbors are awesome and super helpful.

Getting to my home

We are about 20 minutes off I-75. Cape Coral is the same place as Fort Myers, separated by a river. An hour south of Sarasota and an hour north of Naples.

Nearest airport

RSW International airport is about 25 minutes away.

Getting Around

Everything in both Cape Coral and Fort Myers is close but not really laid out for walkability. Ubers are far cheaper here than in larger metro areas, if you need them

I am a full time musician and recording studio owner married to a Labor and Delivery nurse who works remote, with two kids about to be teenagers that are rockstar travelers. We love the freedom and flexibility of our lifestyles and try to experience other places in summer. In the past we have used Airbnb to rent our home while we travel but this year we're hoping to lighten the stress by finding someone that wants to share some of our Florida sunshine!
