House sits at end of a quiet cul-de-sac, and is around 5 minutes walk from beautiful lake hawea. 20 minutes drive from Wanaka. Countless walking and bike trails around us. Small Cafe up the road, and a freshchoice within walking distance. We are looking to house swap over the christmas period 2026..

Our local community centre, bowls club, library, and children's playground located the next street over from Rosella Lane. Pump track located just 2 minutes bike down the hill, perfect for kids. Hi everyone. We're a local Hawea family who have enjoyed this beautiful region for 6 years. We're a blended family made up of 3 teens and a beautiful suprise who's now 2 years old. We're dog lovers and enjoy tripping about, we take her where we can. My partner Adam built our lovely home here 2 years ago now! We look forward to sharing it with you.
