Welcome to Magnolia Beach Cottage! An updated quintessential beach cottage with a 6 seater newly installed therapeutic hot tub/spa nestled in decks overlooking beautiful tropical gardens on the magnificent sunny Gold Coast! We are 3.5 kms (5 - 10 min drive) to Main Beach, Surfers Paradise. Linda (Mother) and Genny (Daughter) are co owners of Magnolia Beach Cottage and each have their own home exchange profile on People Like Us. This is our family’s beach cottage right in the heart of the beautiful sunny Gold Coast, Queensland Australia.

DECKS:
Morning coffee or evening tapers anyone? 

The cottage has a multitude of spacious undercover and open decks including a 6 seater therapeutic hot tub/spa for you to enjoy your morning coffee or evening drink as you relax and enjoy the view over the lush tropical gardens.

LOUNGE: 
Just inside the front door is a spacious lounge and living room inclusive of 2 three seater lounges, an 8 seater dining table, air-conditioning and a smart TV.

KITCHEN
Magnolia Beach Cottage offers a cottage style kitchen. Complete with fridge, oven, stove top, microwave & SMEG POD machine. Finished with a two seater breakfast bar.

MAIN BEDROOM 
The Main Bedroom offers you a queen size 4 poster Balinese bed and ceiling fan

2nd BEDROOM 
The second bedroom has a queen sized bed, and ceiling fan.

For those that have 6 guests there is the option of a fold out double sofa bed in the open plan sleep out room.

You will have the entire cottage to yourselves. Whether you are staying as a couple, 4 guests or 6, Magnolia Beach Cottage is yours to enjoy.

Magnolia Beach Cottage is excellently positioned, being 3.5 kms (5 - 10 min drive) to Main Beach, Surfers Paradise. The cottage itself sits onto an elevated crescent with the street view overlooking the beautiful Gold Coast city skyline. Views from the house itself overlook beautiful tropical gardens 

Enjoy the serenity of a secluded beach lifestyle getaway with all the amenities you could need not more than a 5 min drive in any direction! Sit with with your feet up on the front deck or lounge in air conditioning looking out onto lush tropical gardens. 

Then spend a beautiful evening under the stars out on the expansive back deck with a drink in hand.

We had a wonderful stay at Linda and Mike’s home, the home was beautifully presented with a cheese platter in the fridge along with the essentials to get started and very thoughtfully ice poles in the freezer for the children, we travelled up to Australia Zoo from there and a day at dreamworld. Very quick access to surfers Paradise. We tried many of Linda’s suggestions for coffee spots. I would highly recommend this space. 🙏 thank you

I had such a lovely stay at Linda and Mike’s lovely cottage home on the Gold Coast. It was in an excellent location - central to everything and spotlessly clean, warm and welcoming with a thoughtful cheese platter wine and snacks on arrival. The decks spa and tropical garden created such a peaceful place to relax, and the spa was definitely one of the highlights of my stay. It was wonderful to sit outside, listen to the native birds unwind and enjoy the beautiful tropical gardens. The beds were very comfortable with lovely linen. Colourful soft furnishings made everything feel tropical, fresh, and cheerful. I could tell that Linda and Mike had spent a lot of time and very thoughtfully had planned and prepared their home for their home exchange guests and it was such a comfortable home to relax in. Communication was excellent throughout my stay. They made me feel genuinely welcome and shared helpful information that made everything easy to navigate. It was an awesome exchange, and i would love to stay again. Thank you Linda and Mike.
