General Overview

Hi there, my apartment is located in Vienna’s 5th district, a super convenient spot to get around and explore the city easily. The Vienna State Opera (Karlsplatz) is only about a 15 minute bus ride away and you’re just a few stops from both Westbahnhof and Vienna Central Station. On topf of the amazing location, getting around is really easy: there are two tram stations right next to the building, and the Margaretengürtel U-Bahn station is only a 10 minute walk/one tram stop away. The apartment is in a classic 100 year old Wiener Wohnen building with three big inner courtyards. There’s even a cute fountain in the middle, which makes the whole place feel really calm and a bit like a hidden spot in the city. Inside, it’s simple, cozy, and has everything you need to feel at home. Nothing super fancy, but comfortable and perfect if you want a relaxed base while exploring Vienna. Just to be transparent: the dishwasher isn’t working at the moment, but everything else is good to go 🙂 Overall, it’s a great place if you’re looking for an easy, well connected stay with a local vibe.
