Modern, beautifully furnished penthouse apartment with breathtaking views of the Molentalgius nature reserve,  Sella del Diavolo and beautiful Poetto beach, just a five minute walk from the apartment, where you find an abundance of restaurants and beach establishments. The entrance to the water reserve where you can admire Cagliari’s pink flamingos is also within walking distance.
The apartment opens on to an amazing panoramic, furnished terrace, where you can relax or dine under the stars. You will also find an outdoor shower, to cool off after a day at the beach, or after sunbathing on the terrace’s sunbeds.
The living space is made up of a fully equipped kitchen space,, an extendable pullout table, where you can dine with breathtaking views, and a comfortable full-size sofabed. There is a spacious bathroom complete with rain shower and bidet. 
The double bedroom has a large comfortable bed and spacious wardrobe. The bedroom opens onto another large panoramic terrace, overlooking the Calamosca lighthouse.  The space comes  complete with sunbeds to take in the afternoon sun, and table and chairs to admire the evening’s sunset.

I’m originally from the UK but have lived in Sardinia Italy for the last 20 years. It has become my home where I live with my husband and two sons under 10. I am an English teacher but am now a full time mum and my husband Simo owns an insurance agency. We live right by the beach, in the city but far enough from the centre to feel we are also surrounded by nature, so we have the best of both worlds, we love living here and would love others to be able to experience staying here too. We are an active family and  we love travelling and exploring independently. 
We are new to home exchanging, but used to having people stay, especially in the summer months.
