General Overview

Located on 70 acres / 28 hectares and bordering the San Isabel National Forest and Wilderness Area, our 4 bedroom, 2 bath home is a retreat where the silence and dark skies will let you drop your cares. Nicely appointed with a highly functional kitchen, fast wifi, and a wood fireplace, and room for 8-10 people, plus 45 min. drive to the nonprofit ski area, Cuchara Mountain, enjoy a comfortable retreat on the edge of the world. Well-behaved dogs are welcome and will love this place. Noting that given the remoteness and lack of people, we do have loads of wildlife, including elk, deers, wild turkeys, eagles and many birds of prey, as well as mountain lions, bears, bobcats, fox, and coyotes, etc. Photo are accurate, and some are from staged real estate photos, our decorating style is more minimalist.
