General Overview

Our home is a lovely 1920s house, just 7 minutes drive from the beach (to the South) and South Downs National Park (to the North). There is free on street parking. There are three bedrooms and two living rooms. We have a lovely garden, with gas BBQ, firepit and chiminea. The master bedroom has a super king size bed with a very comfortable hybrid mattress. The kids room is spacious with a bunk bed and a sensory swing/pod. There is a LOT of lego. We then also have a downstairs additional bedroom that comfortably sleeps one, but can also sleep two at a squeeze (there are two narrow single beds that can be set up next to each other. We have a large kitchen with 6 gas hobs and double oven, dishwasher, espresso machine and big fridge freezer. There are two living areas. The first is the main living room which has a comfortable 3 seater sofa and a bench, wood burner and TV. The second living room is the orangery, which leads out to the garden. This is where we have our dining table, and comfortable conservatory furniture. We also have two cats, Fifi and Chichi. Because Susa has developed a cat allergy the cats are only allowed in the orangery and garden, and are not allowed to access the rest of the house, so the door between the kitchen and orangery needs to be kept closed. Chichi likes to go out the front of the house and get lots of love and attention from people passing by on the street, so it's ok to let him through the house to let him out of the front when he asks to walk through.

We are a family of three. Our son is 8 years old. I grew up in Venezuela and Germany, and have lived in the UK for more than half my life now. My husband is from Manchester. We now live by the sea and love it here on the south coast of England. I am a social worker in a fostering agency and my husband is a Content writer. We love spending time outdoors, either at the beach or the countryside. We love a bbq in the summer, and we love exploring new places.
