General Overview

Ranch style redwood home on 1.67 acres with four bedrooms & three baths looking over green pastures to the ocean and Maui.

The Space

Open concept home with high beam ceilings, this single-wall redwood home was built in 1992 with the kitchen redone in 2025. Large game room and guest bedroom with bathroom downstairs, opens to the yard and barbecue area through French Doors. Upstairs has three bedrooms and two bathrooms, wood burning stove for heat, and a large sitting room and separate TV room. Two car detached garage. Raised garden beds and equipment shed in the pasture. Completely fenced with automatic gate for entrance.

Guest Access

Access to the ground level and BBQ area is around the side of the house, or can use staircase from main floor to access. Front door for main floor is on ground level, accessible through front porch, or side door that leads to kitchen and pantry. There are stairs throughout the home, both inside and outside, for old and young to be wary of.
