Perfect for a single person or a couple/small family. 45,5m2 A top-floor apartment (6th floor with elevator) with large windows to the street side (and access to the balcony facing the courtyard on the same floor), bike storage, dishwasher, spacious kitchen, own wasching machine in the apartment, thick walls with high ceiling (no sounds from neighours), clean surfaces, friendly neighbours in the building who do say "moi" to each other. Freshly renovated apartment and pipes. Living conditions, atmosphere in the building, proximity to Hietsu beach, having super close access to tram, bus and metro and having downstairs one of the best pizzerias and coffee places downtown are superb. At the moment apartment is arranged into: alkove (with sound proof curtains and big sound panels on each wall) which serves as a recording studio/music room; separate bedroom with brand new double bed and wardrobes inside the wall; living room with soundsystem and comfortable couch which becomes extra double bed. Apartment is fully, lightly furnished, in a minimalist style, storage space available in the basement, supermarkets on the street.
