General Overview

Welcome to our upper duplex in Montreal, a comfortable family home that sleeps 4. It offers 3 bedrooms (one is an office space with a murphy bed), a large kitchen, a generous dining room, and a cozy living room.

We love our location because it truly offers the best of both worlds: we are close to Montreal’s main attractions, summer festivals, restaurants, cafés, and shops, yet our home is on a quiet residential street with a peaceful local feel. The metro and train station are only a short walk away, and the lovely Lachine Canal is just minutes from our door, perfect for walking, biking, and enjoying nature. It’s a wonderful place to experience both the energy of the city and the calm of a charming neighbourhood.

Notes

- Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere in the apartment.
- For cleanliness, we ask guests to remove their shoes indoors. We never wear ours indoors either.
- To help us keep our home in great condition, we ask that there be no parties and no overnight guests beyond those included in the agreed booking.
- We kindly ask for a contribution of CAD 50 cleaning fee per stay for non-simultaneous exchanges (And globe) - ( unless you promise to leave the apt exactly as received :))

Montréal-Trudeau Airport is easy to access from the apartment. By car or taxi, the trip is usually around 20-25 minutes, depending on traffic. By public transit, the 747 airport bus runs 24/7 between downtown and the airport, and the trip typically takes around 35-45 minutes from our home.

Getting Around

Everything is very convenient from here. Many cafés, restaurants, shops, and attractions are within walking distance. The metro is about a 4-minute walk, the train station is about a 10-minute walk, and there are bus stops nearby in all directions.

La communication avec Abir a été simple, fluide et agréable du début à la fin. L’emplacement est vraiment idéal : tout est accessible à pied ! J’ai beaucoup aimé le fait de pouvoir profiter à la fois de l’énergie du centre-ville et du calme du canal de Lachine, avec sa belle verdure et son côté ressourçant. L’appartement est situé dans un quartier paisible, avec le métro à seulement quelques minutes. Il était impeccable, très propre, spacieux, plein de charme et très bien équipé. On s’y sent immédiatement à l’aise. J’espère revenir cet été, peut-être à l’occasion du Festival de Jazz !
