The heart of our home is a large open concept living space. It's bright, airy, and perfect for gathering. As a cooking enthusiast and hosts, you will find the perfect layout to prepare meals while keeping in touch with family or friends in the living room.

The highlight of our property is undoubtedly the rear garden. You will have access to a modern and beautiful in-ground pool, perfect for cooling off on hot summer days. The outdoor area is beautifully maintained and is a true extension of our living space – ideal for outdoor BBQs or simply soaking up the sun in a peaceful environment.

We are perfectly located in the heart of the Laurentians, offering the best of both worlds: tranquil nature and easy access to the city.

The Laurentians are known worldwide for their vast green spaces and outdoor activities:

Green Domain Park:
This vast forest park is an ideal place for families and sports enthusiasts, offering a multitude of activities in summer such as hiking trails, mountain bike trails, an outdoor swimming pool, as well as obstacle courses and Tree to Tree courses.

Rivière-du-Nord Regional Park: Located just minutes away, this park includes the beautiful Wilson Falls. It is a popular local spot for hiking and picnic spots.

The "P'tit Train du Nord": the longest linear park in Canada (more than 200 km) is nearby. It is a paradise for cyclists in summer and for cross-country skiers in winter.
We will also have bicycles at your disposal, making it easy for you to explore the local trails and the nearby "P'tit Train du Nord" bike path.

Oka National Park: A short drive away, you can enjoy sandy beaches.

Mont-Tremblant National Park: A short drive away, this place is a tourist attraction that allows for world-class mountain hikes.

The Mirabel Exo train station is less than 2 km from us, offering a stress-free ride directly to downtown Montreal.

We are also located very close to the Premium Montreal Outlet in Mirabel, a place full of beautiful boutiques for shopping enthusiasts!

For some fun nearby, there's the T-O Time-Out in Mirabel which offers mini-golf on the rooftop!  And an entertaining family place: Retro roller skating and multiple arcades to entertain young and old!

We are located in a very safe and peaceful residential area. It's a truly family-friendly place where you'll often see neighbors walking around. We are also fortunate to be within walking distance of two lovely local parks with children's playgrounds, making it easy to get some fresh air and green space without even leaving the immediate area. 

The bike path is also just around the corner, giving you immediate access to miles of scenic routes.

Getting to my home

We are also conveniently located just a 45-minute drive from Montreal-Trudeau International Airport (YUL), making your arrival and departure very smooth.

Our home is easily accessible by public transportation via the Exo commuter train, making it easy to access directly from Montreal.

Car Trade-In: We are happy to include our car in the Responsible Driver Exchange (25+ with valid license).
