Our home is a large, comfortable family house located in the beautiful Lake Travis / Bee Cave area near Austin, Texas. It’s spacious, bright, and perfect for families who want both relaxation and easy access to Austin’s restaurants, music, and outdoor activities. The house has 5 bedrooms and plenty of living space across two floors. On the main floor, there are: -Two bedrooms -A large open kitchen -A comfortable living room - Separate Dining room -A home office (great if you need to work remotely) Upstairs you’ll find: -Three additional bedrooms -A relaxed TV / family room where everyone can unwind The house is ideal for families or groups because there is plenty of space for everyone to spread out and feel comfortable. Our neighbourhood is quiet and family-friendly, with easy access to parks, lakes, hiking trails, and local restaurants. Downtown Austin is about 30 minutes away, making it easy to enjoy the city while staying in a peaceful area. We also have two friendly indoor/outdoor cats, who are very easy to care for and mostly keep to themselves. We hope our home will feel welcoming and comfortable for guests and that you will enjoy exploring the Austin area as much as we do.

Hello! We are a small international family currently living near Austin, Texas, and we love the idea of discovering places the way locals live. I’m Irina, originally from Siberia and now based in Texas with my husband Richard and our son Dylan (10). Dylan is very active and curious — he loves swimming, football (soccer), drawing manga, and exploring new cities. As a family we enjoy being outdoors, good food, museums, and discovering neighbourhood cafés and parks when we travel. We are new to home exchanging, but we are experienced travellers and we will treat your home with the same care and respect as our own. We appreciate comfortable, calm homes and we keep things tidy and organised. Our home is in the Lake Travis / Bee Cave area near Austin, a beautiful part of Texas with lakes, hills and great outdoor activities, yet only about 25–30 minutes from downtown Austin with its music, restaurants and culture. We also have two friendly indoor and outdoor cats. They are very easy to care for — they just need feeding and litter maintenance and are otherwise independent and relaxed. Cat lovers usually enjoy the company! We are particularly interested in London exchanges, especially during the summer, but we are open to other destinations as well. Ideally we look for family-friendly homes for stays of one to several weeks, but we are flexible. We will take great care of your home and are happy to share local tips about the Austin area to help you enjoy your stay. Looking forward to connecting!
