Cosy stone gas fireplace in living room, Samsung The Frame Smart TV with subscriptions to Netflix, Stan, Amazon, Disney, Binge & Apple TV. Sonos speakers in kitchen, living & rumpus.

Clean, minimal but comfortable interiors perfect for a relaxing holiday.

The home has 3 bedrooms plus a rumpus/media/study with foldout bed & 2 bathrooms. Rumpus has a desk & ethernet internet so could be used to work from home.

All beds have cotton & linen bedding.

We have a tenanted granny flat adjoining property which is very private with lovely tenants.

We are very tidy & organised in our own home & will treat other people's property with the same care & respect. A Cleaning and Linen Fee applies for your stay. This is $300 or you can choose to do this yourself. You would need to leave the property reasonably clean and BBQ etc cleane

We are a single level home on a corner block  with carport for 2 cars located at back of home with 5 stairs from carport down to back kitchen entrance. past pool area approx 5 metres form carport.
Front of house is accessed from porch with 10 stairs to front door.

Newport Beach is located to the north of Bungan and south of Bilgola Beach approximately 40 minutes from Sydney's CBD and is easily accessible by bus or car. A loyal tribe of surfers take to the waves at Newport Beach and boat enthusiasts enjoy Pittwater. From the water to Newport's laid-back village, this neighbourhood is completely chilled.
