The most important thing for us when choosing a home is that it is light, airy and cosy. This is true for both our homes :

The Beach house : Located in Assilah, Morocco, a small seaside town perched on the Atlantic Ocean. The house was renovated in 2023, has 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, full kitchen, living room and a roof top terrace with a lovely view over the ocean and the town. It is charming, quiet, very comfortable and wonderfully cosy in all seasons. It is available for exchanges from Early September to Late June. 

The Mountain house : Located in the "Balcony of the Langhe", the house is 900m above sea level just outside the small village of Mombarcaro, in the Cuneo Provence. The house has 2 bedrooms, a full bathroom, and open plan kitchen/living room and a large outdoor terrace as well as a fenced garden. The entire region is part of the Unesco Heritage, known for its wine production, great food and stunning landscapes. The area is also very popular with hikers and cyclists who love to roam and and down the hills and enjoy the stunning views. The Ligurian coast is only 45 minutes away by car, Torino is 90 minutes away, Milan is about 2 hours away. Dogs are welcome upon request (no cats). (Car required)
