General Overview

We love the vibe of our home. It's got lots of natural light, stunning views, lovely character-filled wood floorboards, large bedrooms and trendy bathrooms and an awesome outdoor entertaining area. We hope you will love it too. We love the central location to Geelong central, and GMHBA stadium for AFL fans, Torquay (the start of the Great Ocean Road), the wineries on the Bellarine, and of course just an hour on the train or in the car to Melbourne CBD.

The Space

Our beautiful home features warm wooden tones, timber boards and charming features. The split-level home has three well sized bedrooms, plus a separate bungalow out the back with a bathroom and kitchenette. The main bedroom has a king bed, a private ensuite with oversized showers, as well as a beautiful bay window with stunning views across Geelong. There are two additional large bedrooms- one with a single bed and a trundle, and the other bedroom has a cot. The trundle can be moved into the second room to have two kids rooms if needed. Out in the bungalow is a koala queen fold out bed. The family bathroom has a free-standing bath, stone benchtops, stylish champagne tapware and separate powder room. There's a sunken lounge room at the front and you can open up the double doors to enjoy the views on the front deck. The open plan kitchen, living and dining zone has an abundance of natural light. The kitchen has a gas stove, dishwasher and a large WIP. It offers a glass sliding door opening to a large undercover entertaining area with a BBQ, fireplace/pizza oven and grassy area with a cubby house. Most importantly, we have two young sons so there are lots of toys and activities available for you to use. Plus a Highchair, cot, pram, push bike, scooter, hot wheels toys, puzzles, duplo, and hundreds of kids books. Plus a cubby out the back.

Guest Access

You will have access to the whole house, except the garage which is filled with junk haha! Access is upstairs, and there are short stairs of 4 throughout the split level home.

Notes

Two split systems, and hydronic heating throughout. It does have a steep driveway. We do have a king charles cavalier dog, who won't be here for any exchanges but remnants (his fur) definitely will be.
