General Overview

I'll tell you about Tierra Mandarina. It is a family business. It is located in Barrio Florida, a very quiet residential neighborhood. It is 3 km from the center, 5 km from the Costanera and 10 min. from Termas del Guaychú. The property has 550m2, with a large pool 9 m long, and a smaller one for children.

The Space

Each cabin is for 4 people. It has a double bed and two single beds on the upper floor, and one more on the ground floor. Bathroom with toilet, sink, shower compartment and bidet. It has hot and cold air conditioner, electric water heater, microwave oven, electric kettle, refrigerator with freezer, two-burner stove. TV with prepaid Directv, and Wi Fi throughout the property. Covered barbecue area with grill, refrigerator, sink and countertop, table and stools. And another grill in the park. You can enter with the vehicle inside the complex. We do not have a covered garage but the property is completely closed. (You cannot come with pets)
