Gorgeous mountain view’s to the east from a large balcony, not to mention the common roof top deck! Walk-ability is amazing, with immediate access to Main Street Michelin rated restaurants, micro-breweries, boutiques, and parks. One block from a major transit hub. 15 minute walk to access our gorgeous sea wall walk. Minutes to downtown stadiums and theaters.

The Space

630 sq ft with 80 sq ft balcony. Im tall so you will find all my counter tops at 40 inches! Comfy king size bed in a bedroom with window that opens. Unit has A/C and Heat pump. Full kitchen. Fake fireplace for ambiance. I'll leave some closet space and drawers for you to use.

Guest Access

Im on the 6th floor accessed by elevators. Wheelchair accessible. FOB required. Key door entry.

Notes

My mobile device includes a data package that i Hotspot off of with my home computer, so sorry! No internet is in the unit. Nearby cafes and community library has free wifi.

Uber from airport is about 20 minutes & $C35.00. There is also a skytrain from the airport with one transfer to a bus on the final leg. 35-40 minutes.
