Welcome to our Southern Utah adventure basecamp! ☀️🌄 Located in the beautiful red rock town of Washington, Utah, our spacious and family-friendly home is the perfect spot for exploring some of the most stunning landscapes in the Southwest. Just 5 minutes away, you’ll find the incredible red sand dunes and sparkling reservoir at Sand Hollow State Park—perfect for boating, paddleboarding, off-roading, or simply soaking up the desert sunshine. If you’re craving world-class hiking and jaw-dropping views, you’re only 35 minutes from both Zion National Park and 20 minutes from Snow Canyon State Park, two of Utah’s most spectacular outdoor playgrounds. Our home comfortably sleeps a larger family with 5 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, giving everyone plenty of space to relax after a day of adventure. We have a finished backyard with a patio, fire pit that's perfect for roasting marshmallows and a grassy area. Our home also comes with a fun-loving golden retriever named Briggs! Friends also enjoy access to fantastic community only amenities, including: 🏓 16 pickleball courts (a pickleball lover’s dream!) 🏊 Two pools and a relaxing spa ⛳ 18-hole mini golf course 🛝 Playground for the kids If you’re looking for the perfect mix of outdoor adventure, relaxation, and family fun, this is the place. We are an adventure - loving family of seven! With kids from twelve to two, we are looking for a family - friendly home swap. At this time, we would like to stay in the USA and love to be near great hiking and beach areas, unique stays and open to watching pets both domestic and some farm animals. We are pretty open to new experiences and locations as well!
