General Overview
We have an oceanfront one bedroom condo with a pool, hot tub, state park next door, bikes, kayaks, and miles of beach! Our condo offers water views from every window.
The Space
One bedroom, one bathroom with shower and bathtub combo, fully equipped kitchen, and living room with a sofa sleeper that can fit 1-2 people. We are on the 10th floor of a 13 floor high rise with.a large balcony overlooking the bay, the ocean, the state park, and the beach. There’s a fantastic restaurant 2 buildings away, which is about a 3 minute walk. We have bikes and snorkeling gear, towels and tiki huts for shade at the beach.
Guest Access
An elevator takes you up to our condo on the 10th floor. We have a keypad for easy entry.
Notes
There is a $125 cleaning fee that is mandatory per the condo. It is best if you stay for one week but we can accommodate shorter stays if preferred.

Neighbourhood
There is a fabulous restaurant and outdoor bar on the island, and directly across the street are paths for biking, hiking and kayaking in Lovers Key State Park.
Getting to my home
It is best to rent a car from the airport and drive to the condo, but it is also possible to take a taxi, Uber, or Lyft to the condo, which then has a trolley that goes several miles down the road including grocery stores and to all the beaches in Fort Myers Beach.

RSW International airport - Fort Myers Florida and Punta Gorda airport
Getting Around
The closest restaurant is a three minute walk from our building, or a walk, bike ride or drive over the bridge to many restaurants in Fort Myers Beach. There is also a trolley that stoos right ant our place and goes to the city of fort Myers beach.
