We are located just a 35 minute drive from downtown Vancouver or 20 min train ride so no need for car. We are located 7 min drive from 2 beautiful lakes and 7 min drive from the ocean. All these locations are easy to reach on foot or bike as well. This area is well know for all its hiking and mountain bike trails just steps from our door step. Our street is dead end street so no heavy traffic, if you enjoy watching your kids play in the street

The Space

Cozy and comfortable newly renovated home, with open concept kitchen. 3 bedrooms are on main floor, master with king size bed and unsuite shower and tub. 2nd bedroom double bed and 3rd bedroom single. Downstairs media room with pull out coach sleeps two. Private fenced in outdoor garden with large patio with trampoline.

House is two floors Access can be through garage into media room, 9 carpeted steps to second floor or 13 steps from street to front door on second floor.

Notes

Port Moody is a bustling small town with things happening all year round. It boosts a very famous brewers row across from a park on the Ocean.
