General Overview

Enjoy Lake Michigan sunrise daily from my living room windows and kitchen windows. Cute park across the street for kids to play. Path to the beach. Kohler WI is nearby for great golfing, restaurants, Kohler spa, art galleries, and design showrooms.

Fyi I am planning to post more detailed pictures of interior in April :) 1 primary bedroom (king size) 1 guest bedroom (queen size) 1 bathroom with shower Adorable kitchen with nook & morning sun Living room, bay windows Hardwood floors Basic layout - small cottage built in the 1950’s Walk to beach in 3 minutes Park is known in local kite surfing community, nicknamed the “Malibu of the Midwest”

Guest Access

* 5-6 stairs to enter the home * Digital locks for keyless entry * Sonos speaker system * Remote operated window blinds & hue lights for optional “smart home” convenience. The rest is all pretty basic!

Notes

Friendly dogs exist on both sides (neighbors) without fencing. There may be an occasional interaction with a friendly dog greeting you on the sidewalk.

* Relaxed residential neighborhood * Park across the street with BBQ grills & picnic tables * Taco joint, casual breakfast cafe, and convenience store all within walking distance * Downtown shops and boutiques are 5-minute drive up 8th street * Kohler spa is 10-minute drive inland Riverwalk is nearby with more restaurants, mini golf, spa, pier with lighthouse.
