We had the most wonderful stay at Villa Tenease in Ubud and honestly couldn’t fault the experience. From the moment we arrived, we felt incredibly welcome. The staff member who greeted us was so friendly and the whole area had such a warm, welcoming feel. The villa is in such a lovely part of Ubud. The house itself was fantastic. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, the rooms were lovely and cool with great air conditioning, and the kitchen had absolutely everything we needed. We also loved the pool! Communication with the host was also incredibly easy and made everything feel completely effortless. It was one of those stays where everything just worked. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful, comfortable and welcoming place to stay in Ubud.

Therese stayed in our house for a little over 2 weeks. Her communication was great and she left our house looking lovely! Therese had initially asked for an exchange, but we agreed to accept a Globe (which she didn’t have at the time) but she agreed to transfer one to us once she has earned one from her property in Bali. We would be happy to have Therese stay again.

We arrived home to an immaculate house after Therese's stay. Therese went above and beyond with cleaning, washing, folding and raking... so that our home was spotless, inside and out. The exchange was super smooth and communication was easy. Therese was an ideal exchange partner. We look forward to staying at her gorgeous villa in Bali one day.

Therese was a wonderful guest. We originally agreed on a two-week non-simultaneous exchange with her home in Bali, but due to unforeseen circumstances, she stayed in our home for an additional three weeks. This was Therese's first experience with PLU. She upgraded to a Premium membership specifically to make this exchange possible, and we agreed that we would receive a Globe for the additional three weeks once she earns one through the PLU system. She looked after our home as if it were her own, and everything was kept in excellent order throughout her stay. We had other guests arriving after her, and she left the house in immaculate condition, which I greatly appreciated. Thank you, Therese, for being such a considerate and trustworthy guest. We look forward to visiting you in Bali in the future.
