General Overview

More photos soon! Walk in and see the giant, lamp-filled living room with a modular sofa, mid century credenza, dining table for five, and a separate large counter for six. I have a toaster, coffee machine, single espresso stovetop device, and an oven. I love collecting eclectic decor in settings like Guatemala, Italy, and Montana. The floor-through apartment is on the third floor (two flights). There is one neighbor above and one below. The street visible from the green couch room is filled with incredible restaurants and buses to locations like Downtown Brooklyn or Ridgewood. Nearby is Fort Greene Park and a bike and running pathway along the water. You can walk and take transit to neighborhoods like Prospect Heights, Park Slope, Bed Stuy, and even Williamsburg. Someone could sleep on the burnt orange modular sofa as a twin or easily spread it out for a conversation pit style ~full size spot. The door to the bathroom is to the left. I love going to restaurants and finding themed bathrooms. Hope you enjoy my femme fatale theme! Turn right, you’ll see the door to my bedroom with a queen size bed and a dresser I can easily make available. It is dark and quiet, with a ceiling fan to keep it ventilated. I also have a plug in fan you can use. Down the hall you’ll find a media room with a disco ball, projector, desk, and king size sofa that sleeps two. You can even see the sunset over the Manhattan skyline from here! I asked my best friend to describe the space in three words: -Eclectic -Vintage -Inviting
