We’re located in southeast Barrie (1 hour drive north of Toronto) in a welcoming, family-friendly neighbourhood that offers the best of both convenience and community. Our detached home features 3 bedrooms, with the original 4th bedroom thoughtfully converted into a dedicated home office. The main floor offers an open-concept layout creating a bright and connected space where everyone can gather. The kitchen and bathrooms have been refreshed with modern finishes, giving the home an updated, move-in-ready feel. Downstairs, the finished basement provides additional living space — perfect for movie nights, kids’ hangout, workout area, or even a place to sleep (there is a 4th bed in the basement). Outside, we have a private backyard that’s great for summer BBQs, kids playing, or simply relaxing at the end of the day. One of the things we love most about this location is how convenient it is. We’re close to parks, walking trails, shopping, and just minutes from the GO Station and Highway 400. The Barrie waterfront and downtown are only a short drive away, making it easy to enjoy the lake and local events year-round. Barrie itself is incredibly central for travelling throughout Ontario. You can head south to Toronto, north to cottage country and Muskoka, or travel to many cities within 2-3 hours by car or GO Train — all within a comfortable drive.

Cara

We are a family of four, looking to travel to Europe in the summer months (July or August). Our home is in Barrie, Ontario, which is very central to travelling within Ontario. We are 1 hour drive north of Toronto!
