Neighbourhood

Cockle Bay is a quiet residential beach suburb with a sheltered sandy beach that is popular for swimming, kayaking, and evening walks. The area offers beautiful views across the gulf and nearby islands, and is close to other beaches such as Shelly Beach and Bucklands Beach.

Howick is the neighbouring seaside suburb, and has a historic village centre with cafés, restaurants, boutique shops, and a popular weekend farmers’ market. It is one of Auckland’s older settlements and has a strong community feel, with parks, coastal walkways, and easy access to the Hauraki Gulf.

Hi, I'm Kelly! I'm based in the beautiful coastal suburb of Cockle Bay in Auckland, New Zealand. I enjoy hiking, exploring new places, and making the most of every adventure.
I usually travel with a friend, we take great pride in caring for people's homes as if they were our own. I work remotely, which means I'm flexible with dates and can adapt to what works best for you.
I'm planning to visit Arizona and nearby areas in April and May 2026, and I'm on the lookout for a weekend accommodation. That said, I'm also open to other destinations, if you have a wonderful space somewhere else in the world, I'd love to hear from you!
As an experienced housesitter, I’m reliable, respectful, and happy to look after pets. I offer a secondary property, so there's no need for petcare on your end. That said, if you're missing a furry companion while you're away, I can always arrange for our friendly cat to visit and keep the place feeling like home!
