General Overview

Beautiful views of the east bay mountains, a soft breeze and walkable to a beautiful city (what we in the UK would call a village!). Super safe area, close to fun activities in big cities of San Jose and San Francisco and lots of hikes too. Our house is really spacious, at about 3500 sq feet so there is plenty of space plus large wrap around deck and grill to enjoy the Californian sunshine.

British family of 4 who live in the foothills by Silicon Valley, USA. We want to exchange our large and lovely home here with a family in London - either east London or close to Richmond Park so we can use it as a base while visiting friends and family in the UK. We have a lovely calm mutt called Jake, and ideally you would look after him too, although that is up for discussion. Our home is on half an acre and has five bedrooms with plenty of living space. suitable for couples or families with teens (no little kids as we do have cream sofas!). we are 1 mile from the centre of a beautiful town called Los Altos, which has many shops and restaurants, and are 12 miles from San Jose/35 from San Francisco (bust stop close by takes you to train station or we could car swap).
