General Overview

Our home is located in the Albany, NY area. We have a wonderful playground and park less than 1 mile away, and are only 15 minutes from the city of Albany, 25 minutes to Thatcher Park and Thompsons lake, 40 minutes to the beautiful Saratoga Springs state park, SPAC and town.

The Space

We have a 4 bedroom 1.5 bath home with a large open concept first floor kitchen dining, ‘playroom’ and cozy tv room. We have a large patio in the backyard as well as a fenced in yard with a trampoline and swing set. Our home sits in a neighborhood but faces forever wild land in our backyard.

Guest Access

2 floors of living space with a basement for floor hockey, games, and laundry.

Notes

We’d be happy to consider non shedding dogs in our home. We do have a child with severe animal allergies so we must stick to non shedding dogs only, and not on furniture.

Albany international airport is a 20 minute drive. Train and bus station are both about 20 minutes away.
