Our home offers what we believe is the true Gold Coast experience — waterfront living, epic views and that effortless indoor-outdoor lifestyle the coast is famous for. Set right on the canal in Broadbeach Waters, just 150 metres from Main River, our home invites you to relax and soak up waterfront living. Lounge on a sunbed as the water drifts by, take in the skyline at night, and gather around the fire pit by the canal as the sun sets. We love that we’re tucked away in a quiet waterfront pocket, yet still close to everything — beaches, cafes, restaurants, and public transport are all within easy reach. For us, it’s the perfect balance of luxury, lifestyle, and location — and a little slice of classic Gold Coast living.

The Space

With four large bedrooms and three bathrooms plus a powder room, there’s plenty of room for families or multiple guests to stay comfortably. Bedroom one - King Bed, Single Bed & Ensuite Bedroom two - Queen bed & Ensuite Bedroom three - Double bed Bedroom four - Double bed There are multiple living spaces, an office, a wellness space (sauna & pilates machine), and ducted air conditioning, which is a must for GC summers!. Please note - the upstairs lounge opens onto a void which may not be suitable for small children who like to climb! See photos. The house has an entertainer's kitchen, outdoor BBQ, and an undercover patio next to a large pool with a connected lap pool. Set on a large waterfront block just metres from Main River, the home offers relaxation, wide open spaces, and a rare combination of privacy and proximity — close to beaches, cafes, restaurants and public transport, yet tucked away in a peaceful canal-side setting.

Guest Access

The house is set over two floors with stairs. The home is fully gated, providing exceptional security and free off-street parking.

Notes

Not suitable for children under five. There is a large open void that young children could easily climb over, creating a fall hazard.

Getting to my home

If flying into Coolangatta you can catch the 777 bus to Pacific Fair, from there is it a 5 minute uber/bus ride. From Brisbane airport catch the heavy rail to Nerang and either Bus or Uber.

Gold Coast or Brisbane Airports are best.

Getting Around

For those using public transport, a bus stop just 300 metres from the house connects you easily to Pacific Fair, the Gold Coast’s biggest shopping and dining destination. From there, the light rail and extensive bus network provide seamless access up and down the coast — making it simple to explore beaches, restaurants, nightlife and attractions without needing a car. If you’re driving, you’re just 5-10 minutes from some of the Gold Coast’s most iconic beaches, best restaurants, and tourist attractions. It’s the perfect balance of peaceful waterfront living and effortless convenience.
