General Overview

We moved in three months ago to this 180 m² newly designed, Scandinavian-inspired passive house in south Cluj (Borhanci area). The home offers three spacious bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an impressive 80 m² open living and dining space filled with natural light. Everything is new, clean, and thoughtfully designed. We are located next to the former Pălăocșay orchard, now a peaceful green escape. The house sits on a quiet private street of nine passive homes, offering calm and privacy while still being about 15–20 minutes from the city center and around 15 minutes from the airport. Each house on the street has its own electric car charger outside, making it ideal for EV travelers. We also have a small private garden and live here with our two small dogs.
