General Overview

It is cozy, decorated with love flat, with many plants and a little balcony facing a little open space, next to a little cute park, in a very diverse colorful active neighborhood in Berlin.

It is a little flat with a bedroom, a living (and dining) room, seperate kitchen, and a balcony.

Guest Access

The flat is on the first floor (above ground floor), so a few stairs. No elevator. No parking lot, but street parking possibilities around. Our street is bicycle dominant (traffic slowed down).

Notes

We have a quite cozy shared back yard for the residents of our apartment. You can lock you bicycle in our shared back yard.

Neighbourhood

A gorgeous little park in Berlin is one mins away and we are 7 mins walking distance from the Ringbahn as well as two main metro lines (very good acciccibility to most important places in Berlin). Most amazing is that we live close to Tempelhofer Feld (former airport, currently most creatively used public community space in Berlin)! We love our neighborhood, it is one of the most colorful and divers, which is a good reflection of the diversity in Berlin.

Getting Around

The flat is very accessible with public transportation or to explore the city center by bike. Grocery shopping of any types (from little cute and special local bio shops to big compartment store of any type, frech markets and flee markets, endless options of restaurants, cafes and bars or around here (from 2 mins to 20 mins away)
