Located in the convenient north east corner of Chelsea, we offer a 2,000 square-foot, Chelsea loft with private elevator access. Our neighborhood is a mix of historic buildings and high-end modern developments. It’s steps away from a grocery store, coffee shop, delis, and a variety of restaurants and bars. You are 2 blocks away from Madison Square Park to your east and 4 blocks from the High Line and Chelsea art galleries to your West. The loft is located 3-6 blocks from most major subway lines and walking distance from Penn Station/Madison Square Garden.You could spend your whole week just exploring a 10-block radius, but you shouldn’t, because the city has so much to show you! As a born and raised NYCer I would love to be your unofficial (or official) tour guide! Bedroom 1 with full bed Bedroom 2 with queen bed plus twin loft Bedroom 3/Office additional twin trundle bed 2 full bathrooms Ample room for air mattresses in bedrooms 1 and living room if needed.

My parents moved into this NYC loft in 1976. Here I was born and raised. We've had lots of good times here. Now it's used part-time by my family and I live nearby with my husband and two sons. Our family values integrity and kindness over luxury. I’m not drawn to high-end resorts but travel that is comfortable and allows families to experience new places in a genuine way. What matters most to me are homes that are well-appointed and feel cared for. We deeply value: -Clear, respectful communication -Honoring other people’s time -Respecting the personal history and hard work invested in a home -Leaving a space exactly as it was found it. I understand that a home represents years of effort, memories, and intention. I approach exchanges with that awareness. We are new to this process and excited for incorporating the community into our travel calendar. My husband and I are both teachers and we have summers off. We have two boys ages 8 and 10, and travel often with my mother, a retired NYC teacher. We are looking for exchanges in places that are loved and frequented by our family, such as, Maine, upstate New York, Canada, and Mexico.
