We live in a traditional old building in Munich with high ceilings and original herringbone wood floors. There's a lovely shared garden in the back of the bulding with a swing set, toys and a lovely area for a picnic. It's perfect for a small family or group who also doesn't mind a fourth floor walk up :)
The neighborhood itself, Altbogenhausen is very beautiful and quaint area. The famous english garden and chinese tower is close by, as well as smaller parks, bakeries, and one of the nicer local pools. You can also easily hop on the bus or tram to get to Marienplatz in 20 minutes.
The Space
Our apartment has two bedrooms, one large bedroom with a king size bed, and a smaller child's bedroom with a single bed. There is also a small office. The living room, kitchen and bedrooms get ample sunlight.
There is a toilet room and a bathroom.
For families we have a ton of toys for babies up to four/five years old that you are free to use.
Guest Access
The entrance to the apartment is on the fourth floor.

We are an international family of three living in Munich. Originally from NYC and the Basque Country, Spain my husband and I love to travel and decided kids won't change that :) We love the idea of a community of trust, hospitality and hopefully friendships.
People Like Us is the world's most trusted home exchange community. We believe in sharing, trust, generosity, respect, communication, equality, cooperation, honesty, hospitality, friendship, flexibility and adventure. We take pride in our homes and we care about the environment in which we live: our village, city, country and our planet. We care about the ethos of home exchange and we do it because we love the experience and the friendships that it generates.
