Small Studio 30m2 - Charming seaside atmosphere. 10 minutes by car from the beaches, From Névez to Trégunc (Finistère), the coastal path (GR34) is nearly 30 kilometres long and crosses a dozen beaches. The studio is south-facing, independent access from a large adjoining house. Living room with sofa bed for 2 people, small independent kitchen, toilet and bathroom. Small mezzanine. Small outdoor terrace, and garden accessible at the back of the house. The house is on the side of a road towards the beaches, but the studio is slightly set back from the road.
