General Overview

We designed this home for our family and carefully chose every detail - it is bright, comfortable, spacious and full of character. We are looking for a home exchange in Europe (ideally Berlin, Copenhagen, Stockholm, Amsterdam, Paris or Lisbon, but open) starting January 2027 for 3-5 months.

The Space

The house has a large office on the ground floor with up to 4 work stations, a ground floor WC, and main living spaces in a large vaulted room with large opening doors onto the private back garden. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms (top floor is the primary bedroom with ensuite, king sized bed), second floor has two bedrooms, one with a double currently used for our child and the other with a queen currently used as a guest bedroom. This floor shares a bathroom. The basement has a large playroom with a home theatre, a gym space with bench, weights and a spin bike, a full bathroom and laundry facilities. There is also a garage for one car, bike storage, etc.
