Welcome to our charming 100-year-old home in Historic Coral Gables, one of South Florida's most beautiful and sought-after neighborhoods. Known as "The City Beautiful," Coral Gables is famous for its Mediterranean architecture, tree-lined streets, lush tropical gardens, excellent restaurants, and relaxed atmosphere. It's the perfect place to experience Miami while enjoying a peaceful residential setting. Our home is ideal for a couple or a small family (up to 3 guests). Nearby you'll find: ✈️ Miami International Airport – approximately 20 minutes 🌺 Fairchild Tropical Botanic Garden 🌿 Vizcaya Museum & Gardens 🌸 Pinecrest Gardens ⛳ Biltmore Hotel & Golf Course ⛳ Granada Golf Course 🏖️ Key Biscayne beaches 🍽️ Miracle Mile restaurants & cafés 🚗 Easy day trips to the Everglades, the Florida Keys, Naples, Miami Beach, Coconut Grove, Brickell, Wynwood, and Downtown Miami. South Florida is especially beautiful from November through April, when the weather is warm, sunny, and perfect for outdoor dining, beaches, golf, and botanical gardens.

The Space

Our charming two-story historic home blends original character with modern comfort. The primary bedroom and master bathroom are located upstairs, while the second bedroom, designed as a children's room, is downstairs with its own private bathroom, making it ideal for a couple or a small family. The bright living room features large windows and a baby grand piano, creating a warm and inviting space to relax. You'll also find a cozy dining room and a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Outside, enjoy your morning coffee or unwind in the peaceful tropical surroundings. Just around the corner is Granada Golf Course, a beautiful place for an early morning jog, an evening walk, or simply watching the sunset beneath Coral Gables' iconic banyan trees.

Nearby attractions include Fairchild Tropical Botanic Garden, Vizcaya Museum & Gardens, Pinecrest Gardens, the Biltmore Hotel, Miracle Mile, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, and Miami Beach. The neighborhood is peaceful, safe, and perfect for morning walks or evening strolls.

Getting to my home

The easiest way to reach our home is by car. We are approximately 20 minutes from Miami International Airport (MIA) and easily accessible from all major highways. Uber and Lyft are readily available from the airport.

Getting Around

A car is recommended to make the most of your stay and explore South Florida. Grocery stores, cafés, restaurants, pharmacies, and shopping are all just a short drive away. Downtown Coral Gables and Miracle Mile are only a few minutes away, and Miami Beach, Coconut Grove, Brickell, Wynwood, the Everglades, and the Florida Keys are all easy day trips.

We are a family of two: my son and I, who is 6. And we have 1 small dog. We live in South Florida, in a beautiful neighborhood in Coral Gables.
